E Fund was one of the first fund managers to obtain the qualification for specific asset management services in February 2008, and was one of the first in the industry to launch such services in June 2009.

Specific Asset Management Services

Specific Asset Management Services refer to activities in which a fund management company raises funds from specific clients or accepts the asset entrustment of specific clients to be their asset manager, places the entrusted assets under the trusteeship of a custodian institution, and invests the entrusted assets for seeking interest for asset trustors. This unit also serves global investors with dedicated pension and insurance requirements.There are two types of segregated account for selection.

Single Client Account

Providing specific asset management services for a single client.

Multiple Clients Account

Providing specific asset management services for several specific clients; the number of clients involved in a multiple clients account does not exceed 200 unless otherwise stipulated by the CSRC.
